Mr. Francisco Alvarez graduated South texas College of Law in May of 1995 with the Doctor of Jurisprudence/Juris Doctor. (J.D)

He is certified through court of admittance for the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, Texas Southern District/Bankruptcy Courts, and Texas Western District Court.
